TechUpSkill is a talent Pre-Incubation program designed to equip individuals with essential technical and digital skills to meet the demands of Rwanda’s growing ICT sector.
The program focuses on practical training and hands-on experience, helping participants build competency in fields like software development and data analysis.
Over a 3-year period, the program has empowered 163 talents, with 70% of them successfully outsourced to industry roles between 2021 and 2023.
