Education
I am Bachelor holder in Information Management, I was graduated in 2007 at Adventist University of Central Africa. I attended different professional trainings and conferences, among of them I am a member of ITU Focus group on ICT Innovation in developing countries. I am holder of different CISCO certification (CCNA Secuity and Firewall Specialist). The Klab will help me especially for advocacy and technical mentoring to implement my researches and my innovations.
Experience
Since 2007 I have been working as professional in IT fields. I worked at SERENA Hotels Kigali as IT Support, at IT International as Data Manager, at Rwanda Public Procurement Authority as System Analyst, programming and Database Administrator and at RURA as System Analyst/Database Administrator and as Hardware and Network Engineer currently. I have worked on different projects in RURA, among others the RURA website (which was changed recently) and the EACO website (which is running by now). In the same time at RURA, I am developing my research and innovative skills especially in ICT and specifically on Mobile Systems and E-gov.
